Refund Policy

1. Donations are voluntary & final

All donations to Human Welfare Foundation Society Nagaur are voluntary contributions to support our welfare programs. Once a donation is processed, it is generally non-refundable.

2. Refund in case of error

If a donation has been made by mistake, was duplicated or has an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and process eligible refunds within 10 working days.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at humanwelfarefoundationnagaur@gmail.com with:

• The donor's full name and mobile number
• Date and amount of the donation
• Proof of payment (screenshot or bank statement)
• The reason for the refund

4. Processing time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source. Bank/processing time may add 5-10 additional working days.
